My first visit to The Pizza Company at Big C Kamphaeng Phet was extremely disappointing. I ordered two pizzas using their "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal and requested to enjoy one slice in-house while waiting for the rest to-go. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty (only 2 tables occupied, including mine) and 3-4 staff members present, it took **30 minutes** for my single slice of pizza to arrive. I placed my order at 5:14 PM, and the slice was finally served at 5:44 PM. To make matters worse, other guests who arrived after me received their orders before I did. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they seemed unaware of the delay until I spoke up. For a restaurant with so few customers and multiple staff members, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. While the pizza itself was decent once it arrived, the poor service and lack of attention to basic order management ruined the experience. Waiting 30 minutes for a single slice in an almost empty restaurant is simply inexcusable. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
