One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and rude. They treated customers as if they couldn’t care less whether they made a sale or not. We asked about a set meal that was being advertised on the screen, and instead of providing a proper explanation, they simply said it was no longer available and showed no interest in helping us. What made it even worse was that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all—we were the only customers there. Despite having three staff members on duty, they spent their time loudly chatting among themselves instead of paying attention to customers. The food was just as disappointing as the service. The taste was far below expectations and, honestly, the worst I’ve had compared to similar restaurants. Poor service, poor attitude, and poor food quality. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually order from this store and they never disappoint me, but today was really disappointing. The pizza was not delicious at all. I don’t understand how this could happen, especially from Pizza Company. On top of that, the delivery staff forgot to bring the sauce and said that the carrying bag was missing. I feel like I wasted my money. I hope the quality improves because this experience was very different from what I normally expect. Pre-ordered food 4 hoirs early for delivery at a specific time. Driver turned up 10 minutes earlier when I was in the shower, had to drive 40 minutes to go collect. Third time of using this company, pizza bases are always soggy no matter which of the 6 bases I choose. Will go elsewhere from now on. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
