I was a guest at the Hotel Cordis that this restaurant is part of. I find the practice at the breakfast restaurant “The Place” bit rude and confusing. When the guest enters they give their room number and name. So rather than waiting for them to finish they food and give check the first day the person comes by at my table right at the first bite and asks me to pay. What are they thinking, I am coming from the street side to get free food? The food selection is good, the serving staff at the table is good at checking frequently and it’s a pleasant place to have breakfast. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $500+ Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids options
