The Teppanyaki chef Nikki at the Mizu Teppanyaki restaurant was amazing. Her culinary skills, her quick witted personality and humour made for an amazingly entertaining and deliciously enthralling experience. The delightful host Earn was equally as lovely, her warm and friendly nature, was well balanced with the whole dining experience. Highly recommend anyone who is visiting the Hyatt Regency Phuket to have the seven course dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
