1st time here with children. A small and cozy cafe. Her tiramisu did surprise me because I am used to eating my husband's homemade tiramisu. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Wondered into this unassuming little cafe for after lunch coffee & cake. Owner recommended the fruit cake (not my usual). Fruit cake slice was not large but it was packed full of dried fruit & nuts, which went very well with the cappuccino. The coffee was good (better than the usual chain coffee shops, IMHO). Decor was interesting with some large contraptions at one side (I think for cold brew but did not ask as she was busy). We decided to get another slice of cake - the espresso swiss roll. The cake was at just the right sweetness, IMO without the usual in-your-face sweetness - subtle. My coffee partner preferred less cake & more fillings but this is personal preference. I was fine with the ratio. Overall, it was a good visit and worth coming back to try the other cakes. And the prices are very reasonable. The place was not crowded so quite easy going chill atmosphere. BTW - the owner (I assume) makes the cakes herself. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Pound is a small cafe at Sultan Plaza on the ground floor. It sells American coffee and home-made korean style cakes by the owner. The price for a piece of home-made cake are at $5.00 each. American coffee are priced at $4.50 to $5.00 per cup. Anybody wishes to go to The Pound need ti 'cough up' at keast $10. I call this 'pricey' There are only a few tables inside this small cafe.
