I recently discovered The Quiet Bake in Rangsit, and it quickly became one of my favourite places for sourdough bread. They have a good selection of sourdough breads and I’ve tried quite a few of them. The multigrain sourdough and English muffin are probably my favourites. Being from Denmark, I’ve tried a lot of sourdough bread in Copenhagen and around Denmark, so I tend to compare a bit and this is honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. It even made me wonder if there might be some Scandinavian inspiration behind it... Easy to order through Lineman and Grab and always comes nicely packed, fresh, and very inviting. They also make really good avocado smoothies which the owner let me try one day when I came by to pick up my order myself. The price matches the quality. Today i have ordered "The Black Olive Sourdough bread" to deliver home to do the Tuna Melt Srirscha Jalapeno Sandwich. I have to say it is the BEST Sourdough texture i would like to shout & tell people around Rangsit to know! The Olive aroma is clear and really play important role for my Tuna Melt sandwich. Superb! 100/10!! -------- Yesterday i have searched for the artisanal sourdough bread & bagel around Rangsit area and found this place by accident, so i made an order of 'Everything sourdough bagel' and 'Black olive sourdough bread loaf' to try. The taste of bakery oroducts from this outlet really reminded me when i visited in German and made me very great. Her bagel is really soft even though it is contained with grains & wholewheat. It s so inside while chewy outside which is something i expected from Sourdough bakery. When i called to ask for more info, the owner gave me a very clear instruction + information that is the real fact, not overclaimed. So i really recommend who lives around Rangsit Zone and craving for sourdough but not able to order from a far distance in Sukhumvit, i think this place gave u even better taste than those fancy brands. Try it, U would love it like i do. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
