My mom brought me here to buy an ice milo, saying it was a new shop. I bought the milo and left the shop, only to get a shock as the milo spilled down my white punjabi suit. I walked back to the shop to put the drink down and I was very upset, I started wiping down my dress with a wet wipe. My mom told the person who made the drink that they didn’t close it properly and that the drink spilled down my dress, and instead of apologising, they started blaming me instead saying it’s closed properly and that I must’ve shook the drink. I gently mixed the drink and a bunch of it spilled out, not like I was shaking it vigorously? And do customers not mix their drinks? Instead of even being a slightest bit apologetic, he blamed me and quickly turned away when I said it spilled on my dress. Milo wasn’t good, customer service was even worse.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
