Hey there, this is GeniePam visiting from Dubai originally from with my partner in crime from The Savory Project is unlike any cocktail bar I've been to. The concept is incredibly creative, it's almost as if you're looking at a food menu rather than a cocktail menu. The drinks are inspired by flavors such as Thai beef salad, cheese, and teriyaki salad, which may sound unusual at first, but every cocktail is exceptionally well thought out and beautifully balanced. The team has managed to transform savory dishes into sophisticated and delicious drinks without them feeling gimmicky. The food also looked delicious, sadly we just had food so we didn't try it. If you're looking for a unique cocktail experience and enjoy trying something completely different, this place is an absolute must-visit. Innovative, surprising, and genuinely memorable.
