The rooms have a beautiful view over the garden. The rooms inside are reasonable. The cleanliness is pretty bad though (the cups and glasses were quite dirty and the windows have lots of old spider webs and bugs. The coffee shop is okay. The place is off the big road and a 20 minutes walk from the start of the downtown strip (so not that close given the size of the city).
