アナンタラチェンマイ最高でした。前回アナンタヤオヤイに宿泊して、とても気に入ったのでチェンマイでもこちらのホテルを選びました。結論から言うとホスピタリティ溢れる最高のホテルでした心地の良い接客、お部屋はとても落ち着く作りでベッドも枕も最高でした。プールは深く作られておりそれも最高でした。特に17:30から始まる演奏が本当に最高で、バルコニーのベッドに横になり何もかも忘れてリラックスすることができました。ホテル内にジム・トンプソンが入っているのも嬉しいです。

ロビーは開放的で晴れていたので庭や景色がとても良かった記念日仕様にしていただきました　ありがとうございます！お部屋はとても素敵なのですが水回りに少し不安があるのと季節的に蚊がとても多いのが難点（水辺の為？）朝食はとても美味しいと思います（玉子料理は味が薄いのでソースを足して、デザートは甘いので酸味のあるフルーツを足していただきました）閑静な場所ですが近くには床屋、美容室、マッサージ、カフェ、コンビニ、そしてナイトマーケットと揃っているのでもし天気が悪くてもご家族連れに良いと思います

I hope this bad experience review serves as a useful reference for travelers considering spending between USD 400 and over USD 1,000 per night at this property. Based on my personal experience, I paid nearly USD 400 for a night’s stay at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort, only to discover a layer of dust so thick that it could have been used as an ice cream topping. To be honest, I genuinely struggle to understand how this hotel has earned its star rating. What shocked me even more was that the hotel follows a 3:00 PM check-in policy. I checked in on time, left the hotel for my evening activities, and returned later that night. After taking a shower, I was about to go to bed when I suddenly felt as if I couldn’t breathe properly. I looked down and was stunned to find the room covered with thick dust. For a hotel that is widely regarded as one of the finest luxury hotels in Thailand, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable. The hotel manager’s solution was merely to offer me another room or send housekeeping to clean the existing one. With all due respect, I did not book a luxury hotel expecting a “special surprise” of moving rooms close to midnight or watching housekeeping clean my room while I was supposed to be resting. I came here expecting a premium luxury experience—not to spend my night dealing with problems that should have been prevented before I ever stepped into the room. I am deeply disappointed by the condition of the room and the housekeeping standards at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort. At this price point, basic cleanliness should never be something guests have to question.
