I went to the Shakespeare for a traditional Sunday Roast lunch and was blown away by the quality and taste of everything. It’s probably one of the very best traditional Sunday roasts i’ve ever had in Thailand. Lovely ownership and staff team on hand to serve and chat. will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿400–600

5/5 – Proper English Comfort at The Shakespeare Pub, Koh Samui I popped into The Shakespeare Pub in Koh Samui for a Lamb Sunday Dinner, and honestly for about five minutes I felt like I’d been teleported straight back to England. The lamb was spot on – tender, full of flavour, proper British-style gravy, and the whole plate just felt like home. The roasties, the veg, everything had that familiar taste you only get from a real English pub. You know when a meal just hits your soul a bit? That was it. The atmosphere is great too – friendly staff, good vibes, and it actually feels like a proper pub rather than a tourist gimmick. If you’re an English lad abroad and craving that classic Sunday roast feeling, this is the place. Highly recommend. Best roast I’ve had in Thailand by a mile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
