We had an amazing time at the source. Every morning some friendly monkeys in the surrounding trees next to the jungle said hello and we started the morning with a yoga session. George our yoga teacher gave always his best and helped us to find more to ourselves. The food was also amazing, and we stuff is very helpful, motivated and always fokus on supporting the guest's. If you're thinking about a yoga teacher training or even just a drop-in yoga class in Phangan, you have to check out The Source. The place is just so peaceful - the shala looks out over the jungle and the marine park, and it's far enough away from all the noise that you can really focus on your practice. I learned so much from the lead teacher George in just four weeks; he's a fantastic mentor and just a great person. He was very engaged and really tracked our progress over four weeks. I left The Source with a much clearer understanding of the practice and way more confidence than I came in with. The staff is also super nice, and you can tell the owner really takes care of them. And the food! The food here is criminally underrated. Service: 5
