The Third is a small green coloured coffee shop off Kin Tak Street and facing the Kin Tak Street Car Park in Yuen Long. They have a small indoor seating area with enough space for probably 10-12 patrons and offer a small food menu, counter desserts and list of traditional coffee and non-coffee drinks. I made a stop at The Third and had a double espresso along with a slice with banana bread, both of which tasted just fine. I liked the environs and neighbourhood vibe of The Third as well. It seemed like a good little place to stop for coffee and cake afternoon break in this area of Yuen Long. I'd be happy to pass by again for another visit at The Third the next time I'm around. Bit small but has a nice chilled atmosphere. The coffee is very good and has a nice selection of specialised drinks in addition to the usual coffees. I'd go as far as to say it's one of the very few places in hk that knows how to make a real flat white (usually just the same as a latte in hk). The food is very good but could do with a larger of selection of savoury food that isn't a full English breakfast (a few wraps or paninis would be great!) Service is good and efficient. The barista could do with some more cheerfulness or a 'hello/thank you' when one enters/leaves. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
