Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. When taking your order, you asked about the mixed BBQ hot plate, and our staff explained the available meat options (chicken, pork, and beef). After that, the order placed was garlic bread only, which we repeated back to confirm and did not include the BBQ hot plate. It appears there was a misunderstanding, and we are truly sorry for the confusion this caused. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue improving our communication to ensure greater clarity in the future. Super cozy cafe! I’m so in love with the ambience and decor! Came here for a quick iced latte fix, but ordered a banana chocolate cake as well! Very nice treat:) if you’re looking for actual good instead of desserts, their restaurant is just next door! Would come again!
