We ordered a coffee frappe, but unfortunately it contained pieces of coconut shell. At first, we thought it was chocolate chips, but it was very hard and completely inedible. After checking, we realized it was actually coconut shell. We informed the staff, and they kindly didn’t charge us for the drink. However, this incident makes us concerned about their hygiene standards, as it seems the container or blender may not have been cleaned properly before preparing the next drink.
