We had such a great time at The Upper Deck Sports Bar. The atmosphere was fun and lively with huge screens everywhere, perfect for watching sports with friends. The food was surprisingly good, drinks were cold, and the staff were super friendly and attentive all night. Loved the rooftop vibe and overall energy of the place. Definitely one of the best sports bars we’ve been to in Bangkok and we’ll absolutely be back! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really enjoyed hanging out at The Upper Deck Sports Bar. Great vibe, good music, and perfect spot to watch the game. The staff was friendly, drinks came out fast, and the food was actually really good too. Easy place to relax and spend a few hours with friends. We also had a lot of fun using the golf simulators on the third floor, definitely a cool extra that made the night even better. We’ll definitely come back again. Came to The Upper Deck Sports Bar on 23/4 on the way back to my hotel. Turns out it was the best decision I'd made all day. Amazing service from B (the manager) and her team (special shout out to Nok who took my last order and stayed to chat with me for ages about Norwich, Koh Samui and all manner of things). Despite there being no sport of interest on, there was a fantastic band playing called 'Nala & Friends' who did credit to every song they performed. My only previous experience of live music in Bangkok was a house band at the Royal Benja (Soi 9?) absolutely murdering John Lennon's 'Imagine' a couple of decades ago, so it was fantastic to see a singer with the range to do credit to the likes of ABBA. Rihanna, ACDC, Oasis etc without missing a beat. I was so impressed, I bought the band a round of drinks and said that next time I came it would be nice to hear Asia's consistently most requested song (apparently) The Eagles' 'Hotel California'. I didn't realise the band were coming back on stage a few minutes later, and of course they then performed that, with the male drummer doing all the vocals whilst Nala got to enjoy her pint, which totally made my evening! B (the manager) served me several times and let me sample (at no charge) the ciders they had on tap, as well as recommending a pint of 'Beer Lao' dark, which I absolutely loved. The fact that every member of the Upper Deck's team was smiling and clearly enjoying being at work spoke volumes for the atmosphere of the place. I will be returning next Wednesday when I return from Koh Samui to see the band again, and as a hip-hop fan who generally despises all other genres of music, that says just how great 'Nala & Friends' were. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Simply the best bar I've encountered in 20+ years of coming to Bangkok. I stupidly took the stairs and ended up on an empty floor of the building initially, until a lovely girl from the bar spotted me and pointed me in the direction of the steps up to the correct floor! Wheelchair accessibility: You get a lift from the ground floor right up to the bar, so no issue for those in wheelchairs.
