あるバインミー人気店の真向かいにお店をオープンするなんて、なかなか大胆不敵。ただこちらはハラル仕様なのでポーク系のバインミーはなし。レモングラスビーフのバインミーを頂きました。かなり洗練された美味しいバインミーでした。Joo Chiatは本当にバインミー激戦区になりつつあります。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

There are quite a number of eateries offering Bánh mì in the vicinity, but what sets The Viet Roti @ Joo Chiat apart from the competition are their superb sauces accompanying the various meats in their fresh and crispy baguettes. Check out also their perfectly fried Chicken Wings which are just battered ever so lightly, sealing the wing with a crisp skin whilst keeping the chicken meat succulent. The coffees on offer are also authentically Vietnamese and strong. The service rendered by the attentive staff was also very good. Highly recommended on all accounts!
