Dining at the yacht club offers an atmosphere that’s hard to beat. Watching the boats in the marina provides a serene backdrop that makes any meal feel a bit more special. The staff were friendly and attentive. To be honest, the kitchen didn't quite match the caliber of the view. The meal was decent but lacked that culinary flair you might expect from such a prime location. You’ll have a lovely time thanks to the staff and the scenery, even if the food is more of a supporting character than the lead. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Surprisingly there is a local food restaurant in the Yacht club. My friends have dined here for a couple of times. The local food is well prepared. Our oversea guest likes Satay, black pepper beaf, sweet and sour pork, salted egg prawn and Cendol. Dining by the sea is cool and breeze. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Today we went to The Wharf for dinner. I ordered chicken rice and lime soda at around the same time as my family. But my chicken rice never arrived while everybody else’ order came. Even my lime soda came but no chicken rice. So I asked the waiter where is my food? And he replied, oh, we are out of chicken rice. And I was very surprised. So the restaurant had a chalkboard up that said chicken rice is sold out but that was it. The ordering app did not disable ordering for chicken rice. And when we loaded our orders, the waiter delivered us a list that had everybody’s order on it including my chicken rice but did not tell me chicken rice is sold out. I only found out because I asked for the status of my order. This restaurant failed on such a fundamental level. And you know what’s the best? I ordered prawn noodles as a replacement. And when we went to get the bill, they tried to charge us for the non-existent chicken rice. Win on every level. Don’t go to this place unless you want to spoil your evening.
