We were just one week in Koh Phangan and went to the Ashtanga classes. The shala is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Kes is great, funny. It was a pleasure to practice under his guidance. I hope to go back one day

I spent two weeks at the Yoga Retreat and I had a fantastic time. Teresa and Kes are great teachers and fun genuine people. They will make you feel at ease no matter your level of ashtanga yoga is. I came as a beginner, and I've learned so much. The place has a lovely vibe like nowhere else in ko phangan, you feel like in a family. I met beautiful like- minded people, fell in love with this practice and I had a lot of laughs. I felt truly recharged with the yoga and meditation everyday. A big thank you to you, and all the lovely staff of the yoga retreat phangan I couldn't recommend this place enough!

It was a wonderful experience that touched my body and soul deeply. Many thanks to Theresa and Kes for the days spent at the Yoga retreat and for your gentle, consistent and tireless, kind teaching. It was a brilliant experience for me Stronger and fully motivated after a week. Immerse yourself in Ashtanga – a wholly positive experience! The place is an oasis with the loveliest people.
