賑やかなホワイトマーケットの中心にある、お酒が楽しめるステキなお店。種類も豊富で店の雰囲気もよく、お酒だけも売ってる感じでした。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿400–600

22:00, I arrive at this place. I am greeted with hostility, indifference, and judgement. The waitress looked at me and filled with disgust, judgment, and hostility after I said I was alone told me I could only get take away. I was baffled , one hour until their closing time and they were refusing me. They had plenty of tables and available seats , and they didn’t even ask what I wanted to order (I just wanted to have a glass of wine), but chose to treat me as a non wanted customer. I felt humiliated and diminished. This is not the attitude I expect at a place that claims to be a spot where tourists and locals can enjoy great wine in chiang mai . Terrible ! I am never coming again and I urge other tourists and wine lovers to not spend money here. If I am judged just because I am alone, what else or who else do they consider as unwanted customer ? Since when wine requires an entourage to be appreciated? My money won’t be spent here! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Yuri, sorry for the late reply, but we've taken a closer look at your review and analyzed it. Since we have CCTV cameras in the restaurant, this is quite possible for us. Your time isn't quite right. You entered the restaurant at 10:24 PM, 6 minutes before the kitchen normally closes, but that's irrelevant. We didn't notice any staff member greeting you with disgust, and no one refused service, especially not because you came alone. It doesn't matter to us at all whether guests come alone, in a dress, with a wig, diapers, or a dog mask. Hundreds of solo guests can confirm this. The only unusual thing that day was that the air conditioning units were being cleaned starting at 10:30 PM. Since these aren't standard air conditioning units, but rather a system belonging to the mall, guests can't be seated in the dining area during the cleaning. For this reason, you were offered takeout if you wanted to eat in.

The atmosphere of The Happy Frog was quite nice, looks like a chill place to eat and the menu looked quite good too with decent prices. However, my wife and I came in about 10pm on a Monday and we sat ourselves with no one really helping us. After getting attention of a staff, she helped us but didn't seem that welcoming. She informed us no more food being served, which was OK and we ordered 2 drinks. After waiting for awhile, about 5 staff kept chatting near the cashier zone, which is fine, but it was loud and disturbing. So, we were going to move ourselves and we sat further inside. Then, a new staff comes up to us and asks what did we order after we waited for about 10 minutes. Instead, we just left because it was just a bad experience since the beginning. We don't blame the staff, the restaurant needs more awareness and training. Hopefully the future goes well as Nimman area always has up and coming new places that may overtake underperformers. **Owner replied and seems positive in improving their brand! Very proactive from the owner and hope the place improves! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hello,I am very sorry about your negative experience.We serve food until 10:30 p.m. It is incomprehensible why you were told there was no more food available.We will include your feedback in our meeting today, and since this was unfortunately not the first incident in recent weeks, which we must admit, we will dismiss the responsible restaurant manager.I apologize again; I am very sorry.
