We tried to stay here in April. Upon arrival, we realized that we accidentally booked the same date but in may (Agoda defaulted to that and we didn't notice). The wood terrasse had little understanding for that and - despite availabile rooms - decided to refuse us to stay. A personal contact to the owner the following day didnt get answered as he obviously didnt care. Service: 1
