Carmen taught me how to bake Swiss rolls and 3D cookies. She is an extremely bright and outgoing person.I had a good time.It's truly called therapeutic.Very relaxed and tranquil, no hurry. I'm grateful for the amazing experience, Carmen!

Attended the swiss roll baking workshop with Carman and IT WAS A LOT OF FUN!! Prior to the session, my queries via whatsapp were all attended to promptly. I had to change the date of the session and Carman kindly accommodated. She also allowed me to choose the design and prepped everything needed! The whole session on the day was so comfortable- it felt like I was learning from a friend. Her instructions were clear and paced well to my speed of learning, and of course it tasted great too! She was attentive throughout the session and did not hesitate to extend a helping hand or share tips! Carman’s patience demonstrated during the time that I was piping the design is a 1000% guarantee that she is able to guide anyone of any age, with any amount of baking experience! It felt like I took years with the piping but Carman kept encouraging me and assuring me that I was doing well. PS the slanted design on my cake is my own doing I failed at tracing the design nicely. It was truly an afternoon well-spent and my loved ones loved the swiss roll! For my fellow lactose-intolerant buddies out there, dairy-free ingredients were used without compromising on the taste and texture so fret not!! Bring along your partner, friend or even your child! It’s gonna be an amazing session for sure!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a private class with Carmen who was very patient and guided me and my friends on how to do intricate bakes. She was very friendly, engaging and professional throughout the entire session. This is my first baking session but definitely will not be my last. I would highly recommend Carmen and Therapeutic bakes to all who are keen to learn baking or to just have a leisurely session with friends and family. Kudos to Carmen for this unforgettable session! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
