We came here to try the famous local dish of Phetchaburi — rice vermicelli topped with Thai fish cakes. I have to say that Je’Pui’s fried Thai fish cakes were the best I’ve ever had in my life! The fish cakes were thin, so the edges were slightly crispy and absolutely irresistible. For those of you who haven’t tried this local dish, here’s how you eat it: put some sweet sauce on the fish cake and a little on the rice noodles. Loosen the noodles slightly by adding some of the sweet sauce, then eat them together. Bon appétit! Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
