Upscale local boat noodle with beef or pork. In general I think local or normal beef is better than Wagyu or slide beef. Also the dried noodle is signature here & the taste is nice.

Wagyu soup. Choice for non-blood and not spicy soup. Taste good and lots of fried garlic. Next time I’ll remark for half garlic (just for my liking)
