Fantastic roadster with basic breakfast. Staff not friendly for foreign, firs time we feel awkward in the coffee cafe. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $300–350 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the matcha is absolutely delicious. If you come to pay respects at Hung Hom Temple, I highly recommend stopping by this cafe as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We passed by Three By One Coffee Roastery (Baker Circle) this morning and noticed that it is their Grand Opening today (17 Jan), and thus we decided to give it a try to hv breakfast there. It’s currently the only shop opened inside Baker Circle, but they really got the best spot — right in the middle of this new private estate area developed by 恆基. Location-wise it’s very convenient, around 10-15 mins walk from both Hung Hom and Whampoa MTR, so even without driving it’s easy to reach. We ordered the All-Day Breakfast with a Flat White, plus the Croissant set with Scrambled Eggs and Avocado, and ended with the Mixed Berries Earl Grey Tea Cake as dessert. The all-day breakfast is solid with fresh ingredients, and the eggs are that HK-style “runny scrambled” kind we always like. The croissant came warm and soft, and with the avocado + eggs it’s simple but very satisfying. Coffee-wise, the Flat White was rich and smooth. The tea cake is more like a Japanese mousse cake style, light texture and not too sweet, very easy to finish. The vibe is cozy with light background music (not those “too noisy” type), and it feels quite suitable if you want to sit for a while. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are counter seats with high chairs plus a few comfortable outdoor seats too, good if you bring your pet dog. Overall, it’s a nice new café with good quality coffee and reasonable price. Personally, if they add a decaf option, it will be perfect.
