One of a million examples of Thailand’s world class food scene: Every meandering street and all of the holes in the wall therein are resplendent with gems. What can you say about the food? Delicious, bountiful and affordable. Will it win a Michelin star? No. But does Tiew Mahasamut offer something above the cut when measured against the myriad other shophouses asking you to pull up a plastic chair and sample their fare? Absolutely.
