I went to get wedding consultation, and I saw that the 5th-floor wedding hall had been remodeled, haha. It was so pretty. And I heard that Chairman Pomare donated 100 million won to Pohang City, and I like that he will give it back to the citizens of Pohang, so the wedding expenses will also be cheap, which makes me even more happy. I should save on wedding expenses and upgrade my honeymoon.

The Spring 2022 student banquet was held on one floor of the Tiffany Wedding hall, located in central Pohang on the river. An elegant setting with plenty of photo-op corners. A neutral colour scheme in black, white, accented with glitter, crystal, and bronze. Clean, but some areas showing their age if one looks closely, such as the ivory piano or skirting boards. Food quality and variety 7/10 (compared to similar wedding venues attended in our fifteen years in South Korea, from Pusan and Daegu to Seoul and Seoul-vicinity). Quite a few salads and starches, less proteins than pre-pandemic offerings, doubtless a cost-cutting initiative - but all reasonably well-prepared and fresh. Enough of a variety to accommodate special dietary needs, whether low-spice, low-fat, or diabetic. Generous servings on the buffet, kept meticulously tidy and refilled by the attentive staff. Several of the staff, mostly older women, were quick to notice the photographer looking for attractive shots and took the initiative to point out areas they wanted to show off. They were also quick to provide a quiet spot (in the traditional room with the Korean decor) when the hall started getting louder, for people who needed it. Overall polite and professional: Tiffany Wedding Hall provided a pleasant setting for the young men and women enjoying a chance to dress in their finest suits and gowns and set academia aside for the night.
