Nice service and long queue so be prepared to wait but turnaround rather fast

I would like to commend your outlet at MBS. There was a long queue. I asked your staff how long would it take. He was very patient and pleasant about it & gave me a conservative timing. We (my son & I) got our table quick enough though. Your team at the MBS outlet was marvellous. You had a full house yet your staff could carry themselves SO WELL! They worked very fast, yet careful, gentle and cheerful. The elderly lady who served us, would have a very gentle pleasant tone to warn us that the kettle was hot to caution us. She was like acrobatic! She could maneuvor herself so well in the tight space! When another table dropped a pair of chopsticks, the customer picked them up. Before he said anything, Marco already handed him a new pair of chopsticks. And when another elderly couple sat next to us, a gentleman (I can't tell if it was Marco or the assistant supervisor) kindly taught them and explained to them patiently how to place order through QR code and navigate around the website. I may sound nosy as I observe other customers treatment, but I observe all these and they all gave me a very nice warm cosy feeling and that I would be able to recommend to any friend of any age group to Tim Ho wan MBS outlet. I ordered my tea at the end of the meal because of dessert. When I needed refill, your staff was remarkable. As though they worked on mind reading!!! I raised my hand, one staff was with other table. In less than 2minutes, a staff came with the teapot and top up my tea!!!! Wow!!!!! I love it that our noodles came very hot and all other foods were very hot. What was meant to be hot was very hot, what was meant to be cold was very chilled : EXACTLY HOW Chinese cuisine meant to be. When I chatted with the staff, they were very cheerful & respectful despite my horrendously atrocious mandarin. Pls thank all your wonderful and incredible team of staff at the MBS for one of the BEST TASTY MEAL and EXPERIENCE OF DINING that I have in my life, especially with a child tagged along. Me not young. In my forties. And I truly appreciate your food and service.
