I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons on 21 June thanks to Rose! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her service was exceptional, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Rose took the time to recommend the New York Cream Cheese Donut and the Mocha Frappe, and both were absolutely delicious. Her recommendations were spot on and made our visit even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the way she treated us with the utmost respect, kindness, and patience. Even during a busy period, she remained friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by, and Rose truly deserves recognition for her outstanding work. Nice place to chill! Always a reliable stop. The coffee is consistently hot, and the Timbits are a classic crowd-pleaser. Service is usually fast, even during the morning rush. Great for a quick breakfast or a caffeine fix on the go!

Tim Hortons @ City Square Mall main entrance is a great spot for a coffee fix. Their brew is well-balanced, aromatic, and satisfying. Barista did a good job in their latte artwork as well. Seating is limited and it’s usually busy, but service is prompt and friendly. Definitely a place I’ll visit often. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
