Staff friendly and welcoming. There was someone at the door telling us the deals. Donuts were $1 and soooo delicious! I had the truffle mushroom sandwich and it was sooo good. I am glad I decided to skip the coffee bean cold sandwiches to try something new ! The maple cream Americano was perfect definitely coming back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice food, nice drinks, nice ambience. Try the sandwiches which are really awesome. Very cozy, yet spacious. The staff looks tired, but they're very helpful and nice. The aircon is quite lackluster. There is only one tray return. Dustbin is quite low and small. Get full quite often. To throw the trash - it should be from the top, as it's quite difficult to throw from the side due to its height. Probably, that's why people kept throwing thrash in the bin for plates and trays even though there's a sign. Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Had a great experience at Tim Hortons JEM! Ordered 2 Americanos, 1 Iced Mocha, and 1 Oat Latte – all were freshly made and tasted excellent. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive, which made the visit even better. Really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back again! Cheers to Faiz & Irfan!
