位於內湖江南街的「Timama kitchen」，絕對是我近期遇到最讓人驚豔的寶藏餐廳。店內的裝潢風格非常溫馨，整體的空間規劃與環境讓人感到格外放鬆與舒適，是一進門就會喜歡上的氛圍。 這家店的 CP 值真的非常高！只要點主餐，就可以免費享有飲料（包含咖啡等）和冰淇淋的無限暢飲。我點了他們的德國豬腳，價格只要 380 元，真的非常划算。最讓我滿意的是，店家在上菜前已經將豬腳貼心地切好，外皮烤得十分酥脆，肉質卻不乾柴，吃起來既優雅又方便。另外點的燉飯也非常入味好吃，餐點水準極高。 雖然餐廳有基本的 90 分鐘用餐時間限制，但店家非常通人情，時間到了只要再續點一些餐點，就可以繼續坐下來享受空間。這對於想要和朋友吃晚餐長聊，或是度過悠閒下午茶時光的人來說，真的非常方便且沒有趕人的壓迫感。餐點美味、價格公道、環境極佳，我強力大推這家店！ "Timama Kitchen," tucked away on Jiangnan Street in Neihu, is absolutely one of the most delightful hidden gems I’ve discovered recently. The interior decor is incredibly warm and inviting, creating a spacious and comfortable environment that instantly makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk through the door. The cost-performance (CP) value here is genuinely off the charts! If you order a main course, you get access to a free, unlimited flow of beverages (including coffee and tea) as well as ice cream. I ordered the German Pork Knuckle for only 380 TWD, which is an amazing deal. What I loved most was the thoughtful presentation—the kitchen pre-sliced the pork knuckle before serving it. The skin was perfectly roasted and crispy, while the meat remained tender and juicy, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to eat without wrestling with a knife. The risotto we ordered was also deeply flavorful and executed perfectly. While there is a standard 90-minute dining limit, the policy is very reasonable and accommodating: if your time is up but you wish to stay and chat, you can simply order another small item to extend your stay. This makes it an absolutely perfect spot for a long, relaxed dinner or an afternoon tea session with friends without feeling rushed out the door.
