We were super satisfied with this rental. We were able to rent a scooter for ourselves and two friends very quickly and easily. Everything was uncomplicated and smooth. As a deposit, you can either leave your passport or pay 3,000 Baht in cash, so if you don’t want to leave your passport, just plan for that. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices were fair: 250 Baht for a small scooter and 350 Baht for a bigger one during the hot season. Would definitely rent here again. Price per person: ฿200–400 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointing experience with Samui Gourmet. I previously ordered a beautiful cheese and charcuterie platter from them back in October, which was well-presented and worth the price. This time, I ordered a 900g cheese platter and what I received was mostly processed yellow cheese, with barely any of the other cheeses listed in the order (white cheddar, Edam, Swiss). The quality looked like something from Makro—not a gourmet platter. I reached out privately with photos and a calm message hoping to give feedback, especially since many of our party guests (who are also regulars) were shocked by the downgrade. Instead of resolving it, they blamed me, deflected the issue, and then blocked me on Messenger. This wasn’t about presentation—it was about poor quality and imbalance in the product I paid for. The lack of accountability and customer service was the most disappointing part. Sadly won’t be ordering again, and I hope others are aware before spending money here.
