We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the texture of the ribeye.After you raised your concern with our team, we checked the steak and reviewed its preparation. The ribeye was ordered medium rare, and based on our cooking standards, it was prepared to the correct doneness. At TinGrill, we use a food thermometer and follow standard internal temperature guidelines to ensure that our steaks are cooked consistently to the requested level.We understand that the appearance and color of a steak can sometimes look different depending on the lighting. However, we take steak preparation very seriously and are confident that the doneness was within our medium-rare standard.That said, your comment about the steak being chewy is something we take seriously. Even when the doneness is correct, the texture should still meet the quality we expect from the meat we serve. We will review this with our kitchen team and supplier to better understand what may have caused this.We also appreciate your comments regarding the mushrooms and will take them into consideration as we continue reviewing our dishes.As part of our internal review, our team also took a photo of the steak after the issue was brought to our attention.
