A very nice restaurant to go and have lunch at. The views are great and the food is very tasty, it’s cooked fresh and packed with flavour. I had the pineapple chicken fried rice and it was delicious. You can have a drink in the sun and watch the sea, a fantastic spot to go for lunch. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We loved it. Really good pad thai shrimp/chicken and good smoothies. Prices are really good since it's on the beach. They also offer massage i think so i guess you can get a whole package Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there (as thai people) and all found the food quality and taste rather bad, especially for the high price you pay for what you get, in comparison to other restaurants (on the street for example) where the food is much better. Owner was completely rude and aggressive and so was the cook (or/and his wife?) as we complained about the food. They then told us that they never let thai people eat in their restaurant because they always just complain about their food!? ...probably because Thais know how the meals being served are supposed to taste and definitely do not taste at Tiw Lay Restaurant. Well, I cannot recommend, although the sunset was beautiful. But u can watch the same sunset at other places aswell where u get better food for the money u pay. Waiters were friendly though :)
