もう泊まりません。 宿泊の部屋は、清楚がされていません。お湯が出るまで、時間がかかりそれを知らずに ぬるま湯で、お風呂を入り寒すぎた。洗面台には、コンセントが無いので、床の方にある1箇所しか無いコンセントに繋ぎ不便しかなかった コンセントは、下にあり使いにくいし！ 宿自体が、玄関で靴を脱ぐスタイルなので、部屋には、スリッパも無くザラザラした床で、気持ち悪いし！なにより嫌だったのは、館内の植物の花壇にネズミがいて、写真をみる限り期待していた宿だったので、がっかりだった

NO NOT BRING CHILDREN. AGGRESSIVE DOGS THAT BITE AND BARK ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND MORNING. One of the dogs almost bit me and then another dog DID bite my girlfriend. The owner knew about both instances offered no apology. In fact, he laughed about it when my girlfriend was bit by the mean white dog. Sometimes they start barking at 4 o'clock in the morning. Other times randomly at 1 AM. Sometimes just randomly throughout the entire night and morning. All of the things I'm saying here could possibly be excused. Aside from the dog's biting, of course and just being generally aggressive and fighting all the time with each other, if the price wasn't SO high. 1300 baht per night for a room that has no refrigerator and no TV. All the rooms are next to the pool, so they are continuously filled to the brim with mosquitoes. Because the staff doesn't close the door when they're cleaning it. All over the common area there are dozens of gigantic cockroaches. A little bigger than my entire thumb. Here's the problem, i've stayed about twenty other places in Chiang Mai, and this place is WAY outta line with its pricing. Add 200 baht and you could stay at the Centara Grand for this price. I'll also add that the towels were made from a burlap/sandpaper blend. It felt like drying off with a buffalo tongue. Maybe there's something going on behind the scenes about the real estate that I don't understand, making the prices super expensive, so I will give it that. But okay, then maybe don't spend so much money on all your toy remote control boats and cars and fancy lighting and spring for a refrigerator and tv in the rooms. Or, maybe just don't have super aggressive dogs that bite people and bark all night, and hire an exterminator for the roaches. All of the problems of this hotel are an easy fix, but it doesn't seem like the owner cares as he offered no apology for any of these scenarios. Including the barking all night. He sleeps right there. How are you not coming out and telling your dogs to shut up? The dogs are even super aggressive and have come close to biting just passers by on the street, as they sit right at the entrance half the time. Plus the dogs are bipolar. 1 minute they're super nice. And then they'll try to bite you the next. We should really report him for having violent dogs that bite people. I just might still when I have the time. Service: 4

I stayed here for 10 amazing nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The energy is incredible—everyone is creative, artistic, and welcoming, with huge smiles and beautiful laughter everywhere. I had so much fun during my stay. The photoshoot was absolutely amazing. The dress, the setting, the candles, and the lighting all came together perfectly and made for stunning photos. I loved every minute of it. My room was spotless, and the bright white bathroom was immaculate. There are two pools—a large swimming pool and a smaller round dipping pool tucked away in the back. Both were in pristine condition and exceptionally clean. We even went canoeing in the pool for fun! The restaurant serves delicious food, and the ambiance is aesthetically beautiful, creating a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. As for the dogs, they are absolutely adorable and will make you want to play with them immediately. However, as with any animal, it’s best to give them space and allow them to approach you when they feel comfortable. Respecting their boundaries makes the experience better for everyone. A huge thank you to To The Moon for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, creative, and memorable getaway. Service: 5
