The bak chang could have been heated more thoroughly, and the bihun texture was quite hard. The coffee was not served hot, and the toast portions appear smaller than before. Seating is quite cramped, making it difficult to move around, particularly in a self-service environment. Overall, it was not a very comfortable dining experience. Just now taken my lunch at toast box (alexandra central mall), I had ordered a set of curry chicken. After bringing my tea n cake to the table, after a while the device alert me to collect my curry with rice, the young crew just leave curry bowl n rice plate separately on the counter,, is hot, n i ask for the tray, the young service crew ask me go to the cashier to take it myself, she is not helpful at all, at that time the shop Only few person, not much people, not that busy, don't she supposed to put the hot curry bowl n rice plate on the tray and pass it to me? The cashier are servicing another customer, and the stack of trays are inbetween cashier n customer, I have to interrupt them to get the trays, n the cutlery is at the other end of the counter, to take a meal i have to go three places to collect it, 1. Go to cashier place get a tray 2. Bring the tray to counter to place my curry bowl n rice plate 3. Go to the other end to collect the cutlery. what is this kind of service? Make this meal very unpleasant. I went to other cafe, don't have this problem, they will placed the meal in a tray n pass it to you at the collection counter, n the cutlery are infront or aside of the collection counter, is convenient for you to collect all together. Is this the management arrange the procedure? Very unpleasant, hope that the management will look into it n rearrange of the procedure, make it as a pleasant environment, despite of you have this delicious food, but unpleasant experience in the service n environment. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20
