The service staff a Chinese woman...was v unhygienic...she was digging her ears n w that hand without hand washing was taking for me cake from the cake display case n serving it to me ... A male staff prepared for me my iced Milo...she was the 1 serving to me ...again 2nd time digging her ears...WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT ... but still I just kept quiet n took n cake n my ice Milo n went away... A while ltr my roti pratas w curry chicken was prepared...so went to take it n to eat....the roti pratas w too crispy to eat it w the curry chicken.. I was not that happy w the dining area chairs ...of is not a lie back chair...so can't really relax in that chair....the tray return station is a small area to return trays...so at 1 time can't return many...I had w trays to return...1 of it was my cake n ice Milo tray n another 1 my roti pratas n curry chicken tray... Went to return 1 tray first...then when j was about to return my 2nd tray tray return station full bec another person return trays...like I said earlier it is a small area... But the Indian guy who w in charge of the tray return station area was very nice towards me...he empty the place for me to place my tray there ... The Chinese guy who was in charge of drinks who did my ice Milo for me was also v nice towards me ... For service I was not happy w the Chinese woman who was unhygienic... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Price increased, but portions have decreased. Ordered the lunch promotion luncheon meat mee siam, but was given the chicken wing set instead, which was more expensive, should have check the receipt when ordering. The food preparation was also slow and quite disappointing — the takeaway meals seemed to be pre-prepared in advance, simply microwaved in the plastic container before being transferred into a paper box. The rice dumpling was cold when serving. The place was also very cramped and squeezy, making the dining experience rather uncomfortable. Overall, the quality and experience did not match the price paid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I appreciate the effort to go green by eliminating plastic straws, but the current drink packaging is simply not practical. The lid provided is not secure or sturdy enough to properly seal the cup, making it very easy for drinks to spill during normal handling. Unfortunately, this resulted in my drink leaking and creating a mess, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Basic functionality should not be compromised, especially when customers rely entirely on the lid without a straw. It is quite disappointing that a company of this scale would cut corners on something as fundamental as packaging, seemingly to save costs. Sustainability is important, but it should not come at the expense of quality and user experience. I strongly hope improvements are made to ensure the packaging is both environmentally friendly and functional. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
