Teh gao gah dai is fragrant and sweet, kopi c kosong is not bad. Sgd5.9 for both drinks. Seating area flooring quite old and grimey, tables and seats are quite close to one another, cramped but not crowded on Saturday after lunch. Indoor fans make the afternoon heat bearable. Price per person: $1–10

This is the worst toast box experience I have ever had. Toast box should send the employees in this shop for training in food preparation and customer service. I ordered the cheese and ham sandwich set to take away. I was standing there to wait and watched how the food preparation was done. The coffee was done immediately. The hard boiled egg was already done as they took the ready cooked egg The sandwich was being toasted. It was done a long time ago, and it was placed on top on another bread. She went on to prepare other breads and she burned the other bread order and had to re do. The bread for my cheese and ham was ready a long time ago. She then placed the toasted bread on the chopping board and left it there for a long time and prepared peanut butter toast for an order after mine. I then asked about my ha and cheese. She then realised she forgot my order and quickly put the ham and cheese into my cold toasted bread and passed it to me Is this how Toast Box served the food? My coffee and ham and cheese were cold by the time I received the food. She did not offer to prepare a new set for me - ultra super bad service. You can check the shop CCTV between 1030 am and 1045 am on 21 February 2026 to verify. I also read at other review and found out that this outlet service is super bad - may other customers experience it. What is toast box management plan to improve the services ? Rated 5 stars purely for service! Generally all the staffs are nice and friendly but 1 lady stood out exceptionally. I dont know her name but if you have been there you sure know who. Shes all smiley and welcoming, very polite and best of all, she’s consistent everyday. A good brewed coffee tastes even better when served with sincerity. Thank you Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
