We bought an iced yuan yang with the intention of getting a small version at JEM Toast Box, but the staff said that they only sell the big cups. They also mentioned that there is a CNY charge of 10% but it was not CNY yet on the 15th Feb when we purchased the drink. I saw Iced yuan Yang on the menu at $4, but ended up I was being charged $5.20. When I asked for the reason, they said it was CNY surcharge. But that would not make sense as it was not yet CNY, and even with 10% surcharge it would be $4.40 only. Also requested for less sweet drinks but they taste like double sweetness so we couldn’t finish them. Wanted to submit feedback to toastbox website but couldn’t. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a really great experience at the JEM outlet. Sharen provided excellent service and was very friendly and attentive throughout. He even prepared coffee and tea for us, and both tasted really good. His warm attitude made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend looking for Sharen if you visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
