I would like to compliment two ladies from Toast Box, Regine and Heng. They were incredibly friendly and patiently taught me how to place my order using the self ordering kiosk without any hesitation. Their excellent customer service, kindness, and willingness to help made my experience very pleasant. Thank you, Regine and Heng, for going the extra mile. They are a great asset to the team!

Absolutely one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. The so-called “convenient” self-service system doesn’t even allow package top-ups, and physical membership cards can’t be used. Instead of making things easier, it creates more unnecessary steps and wastes customers’ time. To make matters worse, a basic drink like Barley wasn’t available. When I asked for assistance, the staff didn’t know how to resolve the issue and had to keep going back and forth between the counter and the kiosk’s main page multiple times. I even offered a simple solution—charge me for another drink of the same price and serve Barley instead—but apparently even that wasn’t possible. It’s unbelievable that such a straightforward request couldn’t be handled. The entire process took over 10 minutes, all for a drink that was only half-filled. That’s unacceptable. Poor system design, poorly trained staff, and a complete lack of customer-focused problem-solving. If this is the level of service you’re providing, don’t be surprised when customers choose to spend their money elsewhere. I certainly will even after patronizing for more than a decade!! Disappointed with the service attitude at this outlet. This particular staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service manners. She is rude! While the food is standard, the unpleasant interaction ruined the experience. Management needs to retrain the team on service attitude." Service: 1
