They are always out of regular white bread and give you no option but to select multigrain which an additional charge. Today they told me this but then I saw they had one loaf of regular bread stored, so really it seems like they have poor inventory management. Also they whole store is a mess, they have one whole high table which ends up being for storage/food delivery pickup, sometimes they have used it to prep food (right next to where customers are eating!) you’re better off going somewhere else. The food here is more expensive than the food court upstairs and the drinks taste worse, not work the premium you would have to pay and definitely with worse atmosphere! Meal type: Breakfast

I just bought a diluted iced Milo that was listed as $4 on the menu, but I was charged $5.20 at the counter. Only after asking the staff 5 times about why the pricing was different did he then mention that the menu was outdated. I understand that prices can change, and the difference isn’t a huge amount, but it is not right to be charged more than what’s clearly stated on the menu. If there’s a new price, the menu should really be updated to avoid confusion for customers. Or at least inform customers before hand saying that the menu is outdated and prices have changed.

U really need to relook your front reception. Taking orders wrongly and giving customers different from their order. Myself experienced last week.. Morning 830am Total there was 3 staff. Today, the customer in front of me faced same issue. They took it as they were in a hurry but was grumbling. Still the same staff. Not apologetic at all. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
