Terrible experience. Service was incredibly slow, staff were either rude, impatient and unhelpful. Waited ages with no apology or update. Would not recommend at all. Many have given feedbacks here but it seems Toastbox/ Breadtalk mgmt can't be bothered at all. Pathetic Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

BAD Attitude, worst service from the staff here! As if the staff are doing customers a favour taking order and preparing our coffees. TOASTBOX, better wake up and go train your staff!! Price per person: SGD 1–10

I ordered the Chocolate Waffles from Toast Box and was unfortunately a little disappointed. The waffles themselves were quite different from what I expected—they were thinner than those from most bakeries, with a crispier texture rather than being thick and fluffy. There was only a very thin layer of chocolate spread inside, which made the waffles taste a bit dry and lacking in richness. I was That said, if you enjoy thinner and crispier waffles, this might appeal to you. Personally, I would have preferred a thicker waffle with more chocolate spread for a more satisfying treat.
