I hatx it for not giving me straw. Why Toast Box doesn’t give organic degradable straw ? U can charge for it. You are in F&B biz. Come on , if Toast Box really into green environment friendly , then stop using plastic bag. Be honest about it. It is all about profit. Don’t be hypocritx

Staff randomly decided to open at 8 am instead of 7:30 this Wednesday. Then randomly decide that certain menu items aren’t ready until 30 minutes later. Lines are long even though there aren’t that many people or that many orders being taken. Why? Because they are taking one order then making it, and waiting until it’s ready to take the next order. No efficiency at all, which could be easily improved if one person took orders continuously while the others prepared drinks. If you’re the owner you should be concerned about lost revenue.
