Personally feel overpriced with the breakfast set. The kaya spread only spread on half of toast. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10

Good day. This happen to me three times.... On 29/5/26 5.07 I ordered a butter toast and tea. The order came to me the toast at 5.30pm . Almost 27 mnt. If it is crowded I do understand but hardly any orders on the screen. Please in charge of the outlets look into it. Lately the preparing service at the food site getting bad to worst. Hope to see a improvement soon. I am a regular patronize guy at great world city ..and that place more busy at all times and I never have waited 27 mnt to get my butter toast.. Thanks.

I dont usually write negative reviews but this is quite frustrating to deal with, the amount of "Scan to order" QRs pasted all over the shop as well as the "Skip The Queue" QR on every table gives it a false impression that you can order online. After waiting 15 minutes after an online order, I suddenly got refunded because the order couldn't be made. I checked with the staff at the counter and they mentioned all items were still available but the cancelation was due to the higher management. During peak hours there is no enforcing of dining limits as well resulting in large groups hogging the tables while others are trying to dine in. If online ordering isnt supported, dont advertise it as it is. It is already hard to find a seat and the single diners are hogging multiple tables. Nevertheless love the curry chicken . So imma complain but the food is good. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in
