Bought curry puff set, even when requested to give good one as they were many and yet given this kind. If it’s the last piece it’s reasonable but at this timing.. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Can confirm your operating time in the morning!!!!!! 7am or 710 or 715 or 730? This morning at 7am already have at least 4 in Q. At 7.10am then took the 1st order. 3 already walked off without taking their fix.. Please review your morning start time n do not open the door n let people have false hope. Else change the whole batch working in the morning. All sulky face n taking their whole sweet time to chat. U may review your CCTV!!!!! Service: 1

Not flexible system. We are Toast box'fans for many years. We really understand your upcoming menu and sales straty. As my husband cannot take condensed milk but I can. We approached to the counter and placed our order as we wish to have the french toast half will be with condensed milk the other will be peanut, we don't mind to pay extra ( top up) for our request, however immediately rejected by the cashier ( brewer ) as no way to make it for us. Really disappointed with the service attitude and inflexible system. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
