All their drinks does not come with cup even dining and takeaway , they don’t give straw I understand everyone want to use the recycle , save the environment method to cut cost , but you must understand your consumer stand ! Their CEO should try drinking from their own cup ! The ice kopi milk and sugar will stay at the bottom area , without straw how to stir and drink with the tall cup . And use cup to drink, the ice keep staying in front of my teeth area as the cup has no coverage ! Toast Box management should look into this seriously . Their coffee standard has also drop so much ! Want to have many branches your standard must have a standard level . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Teh peng had an astringent and bitter aftertaste, more so than usual. Quite expensive at sgd3.7 for the quality. Cashier was reasonably polite, but speed of service was slow, took 10 mins to clear 5 customers in the queue. No straw available, had to get straw from macs nearby. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
