Don't order your takeaways at Imall. The security guards are very aggressive and will chase you away even through u explain nicely to them that u are just waiting to pick up tabao food. This is an extremely quiet mall, hardly any traffic, hardly any people go there. Even you are not obstructing anyone, they can't tolerate a single minute of waiting at the drop off point. Highly recommended to go elsewhere with more tabao friendly rules. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good coffee even though it’s busy. There’s only 2 staff on a 13/4 busy Monday morning and they were doing their absolute best. Even though they were busy, they were still polite not flustered. Coffee standard still good. Please management send more staff to help. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went on a monday afternoon. Terrible service, especially from the female staff at the counter. Showed black face and talked very rudely (like i owe her money tone of speech) when i asked if i can choose my maltie blind box (not opened at all). She outright said very rudely "cannot choose". When i commented how come other toast box outlets allow me to choose (other outlets gave me 2 or 3 to shake lightly and choose from), the male staff (with specs and black polo and pants) beside her responded they had a meeting and was told customers are not allowed to choose (not sure if he is bluffing me or not). Then he took out another blind box (box was dented and torn) from his counter and said he give me the exception and let me change if i want to...but i cannot touch or shake that blind box. How would i want to change with another box which is dented and torn??!! on a separate note, i went last week and this same lady staff (as mentioned above) was taking my order. when she asked for the cheat code, i responded the cheat code in english. she then tell me to give her the cheat code in chinese cos she does not understd english???? huh what???? omg Really upset with the service at this outlet, not once but on both of the occasions i went. won't patronise this store ever again due to the bad experience i had!
