Not even half of Singapore’s standard. This is a disgrace. The coffee was so diluted and tasteless that calling it kopi is an insult. Zero aroma, zero body taste just like warm water. Management has clearly failed. There is no quality control, no proper training, and no respect for the brand’s supposed Singapore standards. If this outlet represents Toast Box overseas, then the brand has serious problems. Avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
