However, we do feel it is important to clarify that the description of our food as "heavily processed" does not accurately reflect the ingredients we serve. Our sausages and back bacon are made fresh by a local butcher, our sourdough is baked fresh daily, our vegetables are fresh and organic, and our organic coffee beans are freshly roasted to ensure the rich flavour our guests have come to expect. The hash browns mentioned in your review are a premium imported gluten-free product, and the baked beans are a quality British import. Due to the volume of guests we serve each day, our kitchen has a very high turnover of ingredients. Food is prepared fresh daily and many items are prepared multiple times throughout the day to maintain quality and freshness. While we understand that not every meal will suit every guest's personal preferences, we feel that the level of negativity expressed in this review does not fairly represent either the ingredients used or the care that goes into our food every day. We are fortunate to welcome hundreds of guests daily and consistently receive positive feedback regarding the freshness and quality of our food, something we work very hard to maintain.
