When I received my order, the eggs were much runnier than expected. Since I’m pregnant, I politely asked if they could be cooked a bit more. The place wasn't even full, so it’s not as if I was trying to bother them during a busy rush. The staff member gave me significant attitude and reluctantly took the eggs back. I dislike confrontation, so I immediately told her not to worry about it if it was too much trouble. She ignored me and proceeded to openly complain about me to other staff members. When I got the eggs back, they were still undercooked. I ended up not eating them so I can't give a review on the food. Very disappointed with the service though. Service: 1

Walked in after visiting a gift shop near by ordered the Kaffin Lime Chicken while my friend got the Roast Beef Sandwich. Surprisingly very delicious the chicken was moist and juicy the vegetables were grilled to perfection. A very balanced good meal. Highly recommend checking this place out. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had breakfast at this place and really liked it. The sandwiches are very tasty and fresh. The shop is a bit hidden, but that makes it special. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. A great place for a simple and delicious breakfast. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
