The pork knuckle is a must try and would challenge any bier house in Munich or even Germany. The steak is simply a sensation and a highlight for the night. The food is exceptional and the service from Kelvin (sorry I didn’t know the name of the chefs) makes you feel you are being taken cared of. Finally found the meaning of life after 3 years of Covid! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$500+

The restaurant position themselves as a fusion restaurant but the atmosphere is more close to an izakaya, yet they serve other western dishes like spaghetti. The environment and decoration is okay, but food quality is just so-so, somewhat below par. The preserved squid salad and crab cake are okay, ox tongue skewer is not tasty. The sushi set presentation is okay but rather pricey. After placing my order, it took them over half an hour to prepare the sushi with only 7 pieces, which is unreasonable. The restaurant only got 4 tables of guests at that point, so should not be busy at all. Even worse is the grilled lamb chop which took over an hour from order to serve, and the meat is only warm when put on the table. Looks the dish was sitting on the pantry for a very long time. Just wonder if it was cooked somewhere and delivered to the place for serving. Meal type: Dinner
